The charming boho-chic Sugar Bay, opens this November and promises to deliver a unique style that will be a first for Barbados.
Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Historic Garrison, the resort is set on 5.5 acres of prime beachfront with a tranquil ocean lagoon.
The comfortable accommodations will offer eclectic decor, vintage furniture, jewel-toned colours and the option of unmatched oceanfront views. Each of the 138 rooms have their own private patio or balcony.
Plans for Sugar Bay Barbados include five restaurants and bars including buffets with a flair for international cuisine; a steakhouse, where you can enjoy bold, fresh flavours of a steak done right; an Asian-inspired dining experience featuring delectable bites of sushi, or just relax and have a cold beer at the pub.
Targeting young couples, families and groups, Sugar Bay Barbados offers a bit of something for everyone. To keep the kids entertained, Sugar Bay will have facilities dedicated to children of all ages. These include a Crèche, Kids Club and Playground and a Teen Club House filled with plenty of activities. Other facilities include: two Outdoor Pools, a Jacuzzi, Water Sports, a Spa, Fitness Center, Conference Facilities for up to 200 persons, and Barbados’ first-ever Swim-to Ocean Bar.
